A seller while listing the vehicle has to answer an exhaustive list of questions starting from odo reading, features in the vehicle, registration state, insurance validity and any known issue in the vehicle etc. The app also instructs the seller to upload multiple images of the vehicle, both interior and exterior where ever applicable. The seller cannot quote unreasonable prices for his/ her vehicle as he can view the prices of other similar vehicles listed on the app.
A buyer viewing a listing, gets all the information given by the seller in addition to an array of photographs of the vehicle. The buyer pays a 2% commitment fee if he likes a vehicle. Once the buyer has paid the commitment fee, the product is put on hold for him and he is provided with the seller’s contact details. The buyer also gets the authority to take the vehicle for a test spin.
