It’s the third month of the year, and a lot is happening in the automobile industry. A lot of brands have planned to set foot in the hot bubble called the Indian Market. On the other hand, leading brands like Audi, Mitsubishi, Jeep etc. are ready to launch either new or revamped version of their older models. The major influx is expected in the two-wheeler segment with international brands like CCW and Husqvarna are planning to debut along with the Indian superbike brand Tork. Here is a list of vehicles that will be available for sale in March.
Cars:
Jeep Renegade: Though the brand entered the Indian market recently, due to its international reputation, the brand managed to get good numbers in terms of sales. The company is now set to launch its new product the ‘Jeep Renegade’. It is estimated to have the price tag of INR 25 to 30 lakh and will be the most affordable car from the maker; it will be supplied as a Completely Built Unit (CBU).
Audi Q2: The German maker has decided to step out of the ‘sophisticated and business looking cars’ domain and aim for the younger audience. Q2 is the smallest crossover SUV from the maker and comes at an affordable price of INR 18-20 Lakhs. Also, the maker is set to release the new version of the A8 in this month, which falls in the price range of INR 1-3 crore.
Mitsubishi Outlander and Pajero Sport: The SUV specialist of the country Mitsubishi is also looking forward to launching the upgraded versions of its existing cars ‘Outlander’ and ‘Pajero Sport’. The new models might feature major cosmetic upgrades along with a tuned engine. Their estimated price in the Indian market is expected to be around INR 18-24 lakhs for the Outlander while the Pajero Sport will fall in the range of INR 25-28 lakhs.
Bikes:
CCW Misfit and Ace: The recently established American company will launch its high-end bikes named Misfit and Ace in the month of March. The Ace belongs to cruiser segment and has a rugged retro look, and on the other hand, the Misfit is a café racer with a modest appearance. The price of these bikes will range from INR 2- 2.20 lakhs.
Husqvarna Vitpilen and Svartpilen: Another international brand has made its foray in the Indian market and will debut with two models named Vitpilen and Svartpilen. The Swedish maker is an ace in manufacturing street bikes all-over the world and its bikes will soon be available for sale pan India. The price for the Vitpilen is expected to be around INR 2.50 lakhs while the Svartpilen may cost around INR 3 lakhs.
Tork T6X: The Tork T6X is an electric bike from the Indian maker the Agni motors and will also launch in the month of March. The price of the Tork T6X is expected to be around INR 1.25 lakhs.
